Steps to make online payment

• Enter your Roll No , Date of Birth and click "Pay Now"
• Your credentials will be verified and directed to the "Student and Fee Details" page
• Tick the check box against the Fee head and click - "Pay Now" tab
• Now you will be redirected to the CC Avenue Payment Gateway
• After filling the required details, you can make payment through various digital payment options like Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI / Wallets.
• After successful transaction, you can download / print receipts

Delivery and Shipping Policy

• KMCH School of Nursing accepts fees through approved online and offline payment modes as notified by the institution.
• All payments are made for educational services only, and hence no courier or postal services are involved.
• Upon successful fee payment, a payment receipt/confirmation will be issued electronically or in printed form for offline payments.
• Online fee payments are generally processed within 1–3 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway confirmation.
• Offline payments are acknowledged after verification by the Accounts Department.
• KMCH School of Nursing shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway issues.
• Students are advised to retain the payment receipt for future reference.
• For any fee payment–related queries, students may contact the Accounts Office, KMCH School of Nursing, during working hours.
